Time in the Sky
01:46
|
|
||
When the dew falls
Like stars on the ground
You’ll swing around
You’ll swing around
And when the cold cracks
The stones in the land
You’ll be holding my hand
You’ll be holding my hand
For we have time
We’ve time in the sky
Precious time
Is our time in the sky
We have time you and I
We have time
Let the moon rise
In her cloudless sky
She’ll be by my side
She’ll be by my side
And when the dawn comes
Such a cool winter sun
He’ll find us as one
Yes , he’ll find us as one
For we have time
We’ve time in the sky
Precious time
Is our time in the sky
We have time you and I
We have time

To the Sea
03:41
|
|||
Keep walking til I get to the sea
Going left foot right for left foot free
Over the rocks and trees and the fields with the breeze
Singing left foot right foot left foot free
And you say, don’t you slow down just for me
Keep walking til I get to the sea
Going left foot right foot left foot free
Feel love for the life that’s flowing all through me
Singing left foot right foot left foot free
And I say, don’t you go far without me
Keep walking til I get to the sea
Singing left foot right foot left foot free
Through the trees and the woods with the flow of the stream
Singing left foot right foot left foot free
And some day you’ll come back to me

Our Days
02:36
|
|||
Tell me your hopes, I’ll build a raft
We can float, on this rolling sea
in Our Days
Hold our heads head
Keep our eyes clear
Let our dreams grow
Keep our feet upon the ground
Lend me your trust, Give me your hand
I’ll lead us out, into our bright new days
Our Days
Hold our heads high
Keep our eyes clear
Let our dreams grow
Keep our feet upon the ground
I see your hands , So full of grave, So full of strength
They can help us to build our home in
Our Days
Hold our heads high
Keep our eyes clear
Let our dreams grow
Keep our feet upon the ground

Still Enough
03:46
|
|||
Truth
Truth takes it’s time
Antarctic dawn, arctic sunrise
Do we have the time
When truth
Has a quiet voice
A whispered warm embrace
From a silent place
We must accept with grace
These truths
Are hidden out of sight
A shy bird in flight
Colours in the night
Seen beyond our eyes
So please
Let us be so still
Still enough to hear
Still enough to see
Still enough
Still enough
Still enough to heal
For truth
Truth takes it’s time
Antarctic dawn, Arctic sunrise
Do we have the time

Sparks & Stars
03:02
|
|||
Far away a fire burns bright
Warms the hands of a small child
She’s running from the fires of home
She watching sparks rise to the sky
For in an hour you can burn a thousand years
We’re all just sparks and stars, tonight
My sons and I we count those stars
And thank these trees that warm our hands
We watch their sparks rise to the sky
Remember this when my time will come
We’re all just sparks and stars, tonight
And all through time upon our lands
These fires burn to warm our hands
You and I, my sons, that girl
Who ran from war to find her home
We’re all just sparks, We’re all just sparks
We’re all just sparks and stars
Remember we are all the same
Transcend our hate our scorn our shame
How many wars are fought in vain
They’ll never prove we are not the same
You and I, you and I
We’re all just sparks, We’re all just sparks
We’re all just sparks, We’re all just sparks
We’re all just sparks and stars

Pyres
02:12
|
|||
Well I’ve heard it all before
With your promises of plenty
With my land so cracked and empty
Your world will never tempt me
Now your burning on your pyres
Of my coal and oil fuelled fire
and losing time
For losing all the things we hold dear
Is half the cost of losing time
To give up on the dreams you have made
Is half the cost of losing, losing, losing time
Well I’ve seen it all before
The rise and fall of ages
In the words of priests and sages
In their scrolls and books and pages
Now their burning on your pyres
Of my coal and oil fuelled fire
Your losing time
You cannot hold onto your lives
But clear the path for new feet to find
But to lose your hope and give up this fight
Is twice the cost of losing, losing, losing time
Oh when all of this is over
And my seasons mark your passing
Through the depths of restless oceans
By my land regrown and open
Below the sky’s unbroken
My turning tide
My turning tide
My turning tide
